We accept most insurances. It is your job, as the patient, to make sure Dr. Kim is an in-network provider for your specific insurance plan. Copayment is expected up front at the office visit; we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Health Saving Plan cards. If you have an HMO insurance, make sure Dr. Kim is the PCP before the 1st Office Visit Appointment. We are required by contract to request you pay the amount of your deductible, coinsurance, and/or copayment associated with your insurance plan. We have a limited period of time to bill insurances to obtain payment for the office visit claim. If the insurance does not pay, then the patient will owe for the office visit and have to pursue reimbursement from their own insurance company. If you do not have your insurance card at the time of service, you will be responsible for all charges. Administrative fees apply if you do not have payment at the time of service.
*** We do use a collection agency for bills oustanding 90 days and discharge patients that remain delinquent for not paying their bills.

Returned Check/NSF - $45 (bank fees)
